The Manager Operations oversees operational protocols and procedures for member services, claims services, provider services and client/account services. As a member of the start-up management, responsible for the development of all protocols and procedures that are not clinical in nature. This position manages the new client implementation process in conjunction with other Adena Care functional areas, provides ongoing administrative support to clients and maximizes account retention, renewal increases and regional growth through customer satisfaction. This position works closely with the subcontracted vendors. Performance levels are monitored and reported. Position reports directly to the Executive Director. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration Certifications and Credentials: Willing to pursue Ohio life and Health Insurance license Experience: Health plan operations and/or sales experience preferred |
