The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and process to assigned patients. This individual collaborates with the RN/Physician in developing implementing and evaluating the plan of care. The LPN provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other team members the physician and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with the RN/Physician. This individual works under the indirect supervision of the Director. Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required.  Current licensure in the State of Ohio required.  CPR Certification required.  Minimum of one-year experience in appropriate care setting preferred.

 Additional Information

Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
