Pharmacy Technician (casual)

The pharmacy technician under direct supervision is responsible for maintenance of medication distribution systems within the Adena Health System. This position profiles and charges physician medication orders prepares medications for dispensing prepares sterile drug products and distributes drugs as required. Decisions are made in collaboration with a pharmacist. This position does not provide direct patient care. This position has access to patient and financial confidential information non-controlled and controlled drugs and certain hospital funds. High-school graduate or equivalent.  No experience required.  One year experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.

Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
Rotating Shifts may be required.
