The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for working cooperatively with Administration, Strategy, Operations, and Finance to identify the information needs of Adena Health System.  Additionally, the Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing and deploying standardized reporting tools and analytical solutions with an emphasis on data integrity to key stakeholders to facilitate well informed data driven decisions by Adena Health System.  

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Finance, Health Care, Business Administrations, Computer Science or related filed required, OR a minimum of 7 years demonstrated in-depth experience and knowledge in analytics, analysis, or related field.  Master's Degree preferred.  Black Belt certification preferred.

Experience:  5 years analytical/data analysis experience that includes querying structured data sets, evaluation of business process and problems, feasibility studies, preparing detailed business requirements, supporting end users and system testing. Experience with BI reporting tools such as Qlikview and/or SAS preferred.  Experience with a formal system Development Life Cycle preferred.
